These terms explain your use of Hue Bounce (the app), provided by Torvmark Labs under the Torvi Studio brand (we, us, our). They supplement the applicable app licence and store terms and do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

1. About these terms and the app
These terms explain the game-specific conditions for Hue Bounce, Torvi Studio’s colour-matching arcade game for iOS. They cover purchases, saved progress, rewards and use of related services.
App Store downloads and purchases are also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions applicable to your country or region. These store terms are separate from the app licence and the app-specific conditions on this page.
2. License and responsible use
The app is licensed, not sold. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies to App Store downloads unless a custom licence is stated. These app-specific terms supplement the licence; they do not replace it.
Play fairly: do not falsify purchases, manipulate reward claims or disrupt other players or the game’s services. Statutory rights and applicable open-source licenses are not restricted by this paragraph.
3. Purchases, subscriptions and access
The game is free to download. Its current paid products are one-time, non-consumable purchases: Remove Ads, individual cosmetics and cosmetic bundles. It does not offer a recurring subscription. Check the description, included features and price shown in the App Store before confirming a purchase. Apple processes payment. Coins and cosmetics are in-game features, not currency redeemable for money. We do not offer cash redemption or trading outside the game. This does not affect your rights concerning paid content.
4. Restoring purchases and refunds
Use Shop → Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account to restore eligible purchases, such as non-consumable unlocks. Purchase restoration is not a backup of your entire game progress. Contact support if purchased content is missing. You can request a refund through Apple’s refund process; eligibility depends on the purchase, applicable rules and consumer law.
5. Use and app-specific limitations
Advertising and privacy choices
Hue Bounce is ad-supported. Remove Ads disables interstitial and banner ads. Rewarded videos are voluntary where offered, and rewards require the ad service to confirm completion. In version 1.0.3, the paid interface uses coins for hearts, revival and token doubling; Remove Ads does not promise additional rewarded-video offers. Advertising privacy choices are managed separately through Google’s consent tools and, where requested on iOS, App Tracking Transparency. Reading or accepting these terms does not give permission for tracking or advertising data use. See the privacy policy for the advertising services, permissions and available choices.
6. Storage, sync and platform services
Game progress, coins, cosmetics and settings are stored locally. iCloud synchronisation is enabled by default when iCloud is available and can be switched off in the game settings. It synchronises supported progress, coins, tokens, unlocked cosmetics and selected settings through your personal Apple account. Hearts, refill timing and pending consumable rewards remain local. Remove Ads is restored through StoreKit, not the cloud save. Torvi Studio does not operate a separate game-save account for you. Local data may be lost when you reset the game or remove it without a recoverable save. Turning sync off applies only to this installation/device and does not delete the cloud copy. After deleting and reinstalling the app, sync is enabled by default again and previous progress may load automatically. Game Center leaderboards and achievements depend on your Apple account and platform settings. Restoring store purchases and restoring game progress are separate operations.
7. Optional features and third-party services
Rewards and campaigns
Gameplay rewards and unlocks follow the conditions displayed in the game. Scores and achievements should reflect genuine play. If a reward or purchase is missing, contact support with what happened so we can investigate. These terms do not promise a particular future promotion or grant access to rewards offered for a different Torvi Studio app.
8. Privacy and deletion
Hue Bounce does not require a Torvi Studio user account and does not use Firebase. You can manage app permissions, optional iCloud and Game Center through the relevant Apple settings. Removing the app does not automatically delete data held separately by iCloud, Game Center or the App Store. See the privacy policy and support page for data controls and deletion guidance.
9. Availability and changes
Updates and online services may be interrupted, for example for maintenance or technical problems. Changes may be needed for security, legal compliance or compatibility with platform services. Changes to paid content remain subject to applicable law, including notice and remedies where required. We do not reserve an unrestricted right to remove purchases or reduce your statutory rights. The date above identifies this version of the terms.
10. Consumer rights and complaints
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights when a digital product is defective. Contact us if a purchase, reward or feature does not work as described. Store refund procedures do not remove any statutory claim you may have against the provider. Norwegian consumers can also find guidance from Forbrukerrådet.
